1. Private Charter Agreements

All private chauffeur day tours and multi-day bespoke itineraries booked through Highland Travel Group are subject to confirmation via a formal itinerary schedule and proposal agreement.

2. Vehicle Charter Inclusions

Published daily charter rates include the exclusive hire of the designated executive vehicle (Range Rover Autobiography or Mercedes V-Class Extra-Long), a professional vetted driver-guide (up to 10 hours daily service), all vehicle fuel, passenger commercial road insurance, parking charges, and chauffeur overnight sustenance.

3. Deposits & Payment

To secure dates and vehicle allocations, a deposit is required upon itinerary approval. Full balance settlement is due prior to tour commencement as detailed in your customized charter contract.

4. Route Adaptations & Pacing

Our private charters offer full on-the-day flexibility. Route alterations, additional scenic photo stops, and timing adjustments are welcomed within the safe driving regulations set by UK transport law.

5. Confidentiality & Security

Highland Travel Group guarantees strict discretion for all guests. Custom non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
